Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.
To create an account, click on “My Account” or “Login / Register” at the top or bottom of the website. Enter your details, create a password, and submit the form. Once completed, you’ll be able to manage your orders and account information easily.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and updated address. We will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also use the Order Tracking page on our website to check the latest delivery status of your package.
No, we do not store your full credit card details on our website. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to help protect your information during checkout.
Sales tax may be applied depending on your shipping destination and local tax regulations. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We currently ship to selected countries and regions. You can confirm availability during checkout or contact our support team if you need help checking whether we deliver to your location.
Whenever possible, items are shipped together in one package. However, depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or item type, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging. To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order details for instructions.
We’re sorry about that. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item received. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Once your return is approved, we will send you the correct return address and instructions by email. Please do not send items back without authorization, as this may delay processing.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct it. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may no longer be possible.
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Pre-orders are only available for selected products when stated on the product page. If an item is sold out and no pre-order option is shown, please check back later or contact us for availability updates.
